职位介绍
1. Grow and maintain cell cultures (bacteria and yeast)；
2. Isolate and manipulate DNA using standard molecular biology techniques (e.g., primer design, plasmid design, PCR, restriction digest, ligation, transformation, plasmid isolation, sequence analysis)；
3. Familiar with protein engineering techniques (e.g., protein purification, running protein gels, performing enzyme activity assays)；
4. Maintain a well written laboratory notebook。
职位要求
1. PhD. in molecular biology, cell biology, microbiology, biochemistry, bioengineering, or similar program；
2. Minimum 2+ years in a laboratory demonstrating experience in using standard molecular biology, protein engineering, and microbiology techniques；
3. Ability to expedite their work on a highly focused basis to meet deadlines；
4. Good record keeping and organizational skills；
5. Familiarity with proper laboratory safety and sterile procedures。
