职位介绍

· Assist in JIS application implementations, ongoing development and support administration for RA ZF locations following directives from corporate JIS Team.
· Coordinate the activities around JIS application topics in the region and promote collaboration of and with local JIS application responsible.
· Organize Meetings of local JIS application responsible and coordinate between them and central support organizations.
· Support concept design of the functions and processes for JIS processes.
· Provide qualified 2nd Level Support to SAP- (JIS scheduling agreements, JIS order handling, JIS delivery and JIS invoicing), EDI-, PCS-, QDC-, QDB- and PVS-users in daily business.
· Assist 3rd level support from external Software-Supplier and corporate IT
· Assist Key Users in documentation of their processes.
· Advising and training key users and end users
· Take care of stability and performance of IT-systems, involve support responsible.
· Support local JIS application responsible in preparing requirement specifications of business demands
· Represent the corporate JIS-team in RA, establish agreed changes in RA
· Act as a JIS IT Demand coordinator in RA in agreement with CY IT Demand Manager
· Identify and escalate possible weaknesses and risks in business process and systems
· Analyze best practice and propose/establish improvements.
· Collaborate with process experts (LPE+PE) for JIS-logistics and JIS-production
· Work on extended tasks in a global role and as a member of  a global team
