ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Accomplished with the security policies from the company. Administrate personnel reporting to QPA. Assure the Quality of product and processes. Generate a monthly activity report. Coordinate customer audits and visits. Management representative of QPA under ISO 9001. Coordinate main functions of QPA under ISO 9001. Assure compliance of QPA ISO 9001 requirements. Customer contact for actions and responses. Manages Calibration, Document Control, IQC, OBA, Technical Support Engr., RMA and Quality Systems Department. Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of these units. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelor degree or above; Working in electronics industry at manager level position for 5+ years in foreign company which employees’ scale at medium-size (300~1000 employees), US / European enterprise working experience is a plus. Strong working background at quality system setup. Very experienced working with customer, and keep the good relationship with them ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Fluency in English is a requirement: • Read/write e-mails • Write failure analysis reports and 8D reports • Conduct phone teleconferences with customers in English • Support Quality, Materials and Engineering Teams in Ventura Strong knowledge of Quality System Tools and ability to lead cross-functional problem solving teams • Root Cause Analysis
