Key Responsibilities:

BD strategy and execution 
•	Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, including potential partnerships, collaborations, and acquisitions, to expand our market presence and drive revenue growth.
•	Establish and manage sales networks by recruiting, training, and supporting sales representatives and agents to effectively promote and sell our products.
•	Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors and key stakeholders to ensure effective distribution of our products and maximize sales opportunities.
•	Lead the sales team to ensure the successful execution of business development initiatives.

Lead generation and prospecting
•	Identify and prospect potential B2B clients through various channels.
•	Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads for potential business opportunities. 

Market analysis and activity support
•	Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and potential competitors.
•	Analyze market dynamics and customer behavior to form business development strategies. 
•	Attend global exhibitions, trade shows, and conferences to showcase our products, identify market trends, and establish strategic partnerships.

职位要求

Qualifications:

•	Bachelor's degree from a top university with a focus on science or mechanical engineering.
•	Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or related roles within the automation or MedTech industry.
•	Proven track record of successfully driving business growth in a competitive market environment.
•	Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
•	Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a strong sense of initiative and drive for results.
•	Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed
