过程能力、成本节约、生产效率和全部生产目标达成。
To develop and implement processes for the engineering of product. Work closely with product manager to
ensure proper products application in marketing. To be a leader to ensure manufacturing process capability,
cost saving, efficiency and overall productivity goals are met.

Sustaining Engineering
 制定全部技术文件
Make all technology documents
 与公司各部门沟通
Interface with all departments in the company.
 与客户、供应商沟通
Interface with all customers and suppliers
