- Responsible for driving business for Specialty Materials Group in Asia Pacific Region. - Responsible to drive the middle to long term strategy of the business whilst delivering the short/medium financial targets and ensuring that the teams are fully focused, motivated and engaged. - Improve business profits and commercial performances through developing new focus strategies and initiatives. - Lead and motivate large scale sales team and conduct channel development. - Commercialization process together with the technical team (marketing promotion, develop new customers based on existing products / technologies )
- Bachelor degree or above in Chemical/Material or related, MBA is plus. - Existed full P&L business head experience of managing specialty material business or related. - Be capable of leading a multifunctional commercial team, covering sales, marketing, BD, technical service, customer service and etc. - Track records of driving business to grow and developing new industries. Experience of selling material to NEV (New Energy Vehicle), Battery, Electronics and Semiconductor industry is preferred. - Ideally worked for western company, familiar with western culture, experience of overseas working is preferred. - Fluent English, strong communication and leadership skills with great business acumen.
