• Conduct regular risk assessment to identify risks and work on the rectification.
• Coordinate with all department to perform regular area inspections and follow up on the finding closure.
• Conduct EHS awareness promotion activities and training to improve employee EHS awareness
• Track EHS KPI status, take corrective actions if not meeting target.
• Emergency response planning and regular drill.
• Work with related departments to ensure EHS rules are well implemented.
• Work with HQ and regional EHS management to ensure corporate requirements are met.
• Work on continuous improvement to improve plant EHS performance.
• Good communication with related internal and external customers to ensure smooth execution of tasks.
• Frequent communication with all departments on daily EHS topics.
• Frequent communication with Related government departments to ensure a good collaboration.
• Promote occupational health and safety within the organization and develop safer and healthier ways of working.
• be responsible for environmental, occupational and safety accident reporting, investigation and handling
职位要求
• Bachelor degree and above with majored in Environmental Engineering, Safety Engineering, Chemical Engineering.
• 8+ years’ experience in multinational companies with EHS management experience in chemical industries.
• Experience to plan EHS programs and campaigns to upgrade safety awareness;
• Be very active, self-disciplined, and able to work independently
• New manufacturing site establishing experience preferred
• EHS professional Knowledge on VOC treatment, waste water treatment, bonding & grounding, industry hygiene, firefighting, hazard waste management.
• Well understand legal requirements and binding codes
• Well understand risk assessment and control methodology
