- Develop, implement and follow through the HR strategies, targets and activity plans in line with company vision and goals
- Be the key driver on organization design / optimization / re-shape related topic
- Work with recruitment team to manage workforce planning to support the company operation and formulate and implement recruitment strategies and plans to ensure hiring effectiveness
- Develop the recognition and reward programs to drive the employee at high engagement level
- Deal with various employee relation matters and be able to explain company rules and regulations in a professional manner
- Drive performance management process to support the achieving of business goal
- Keep abreast of market trend and development in terms of compensation and benefit, analyses reward and compensation for employees to remain market competitiveness
- Lead and coordinate management team to assure the employees discipline in place
- Support top management team to promote company culture by launching various activities

职位要求

- Bachelor degree or above, Human Resources or related major preferred
- More than 10 years total working experiences with at least 8 years in HRBP role
- Good communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Understand business / commercial environment with business acumen
- Ability to work in and maintain performance expectations in diverse cultural con-texts and high- pressure environment
- Good command of written and oral English
