- Leading and managing the global governance unit "IT Strategy and Process Management" with the
goal to develop, implement and maintain state-of-
the-art IT Strategy and IT Process Management
- Responsible for the (re-)design, management and execution of IT Strategy framework
- Responsible for a strong IT Process Management governance by sharpening, standardizing and realigning the processes and methodologies by providing an hands-on Process Optimization and driving Digitalization of IT Processes with respect to Business Needs
职位要求
- IT Senior Management Professional with min. 10 years’ experience in global complex enterprise organizations and Governance roles
- Strategic, Visionary thinking Leader with min. 5 years’ experience in leading/managing international & diverse teams
- Fluent business English; German language skills would be a nice to have
- Strong focus on Stakeholder Management, communication up to Executive level, people management & business orientation
