职位介绍
- Understand staffing needs and work with local office(s) and headquarters to identify the right people for the right positions on timely basis. Draw up the recruitment plans and conduct the search independently and/or with staffing agencies
- Oversee payroll and benefits implementation and administration in North American Region, ensure payroll delivery in accordance with labor law, the Collective Labor Agreement and internal management rules.
- Draft and sign work proposals and contracts, integrate new employees on site
- Apply Social regulations by integrating social legislation and internal management rules with the permanent aim of optimizing HR processes and of developing HR management skills
- Guarantee compliance with ethical and moral codes, in line with Group values.
- Manage administrative and legal matters associated with occupational accidents and illness.
- Design and deliver trainings to the staff
- Employee relations if any
职位要求
- Bachelor degree as minimum requirement
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
- At least 8 years of HR experience gaining from finance services, energy/utility or electronic devices industry
- Sound knowledge of US and Texas State employment laws.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Problem solving skills & result-oriented
