Responsible for the development and implementation of the Company’s E-commerce strategy • Responsible for the company’s online distribution strategy and implementation in close liaison with Holding team Head of Sales • Overseeing all Search Engine Marketing campaigns, ensuring best practice and effective ROI • Responsible for tactical sales strategies ensuring that qualified traffic is being driven to direct websites and for meeting the revenue targets • Developing agency pitches and briefings • Ownership of the Revenue and P & L, strategy, business plan, and execution of deliverables for the E-commerce business • Monitoring performance and conversion and deducting action plans to optimize future performance • Oversee a digital /E-commerce team, in addition to internal and external experts and consultants • Work closely with internal stakeholders from both the Travel Sales team and IT team to ensure alignment across departments whilst implementation strategy • Continuously explore the extensibility of existing social platforms, services and tools to increase reach and engagement. • Investigate new social platforms, tools and services and evaluate against B2C marketing and business goals.
Bachelor degree or above · Excellent knowledge of Online business (online retail and transaction business, ideally online travel) · Proven track record in creating and executing online marketing strategies to attract, convert and retain customers. Understating of insurance and/or Travel E-comm would be highly desirable. · Extremely proactive with all activities · Be able to work on tight schedule , deadline, independently and effectively · Excellent project management and organizational skills with a strong attention to detail · Proven ability to work under pressure, prioritize work and meet multiple deadlines. · Good English & Chinese written and verbal communication skills
