--At least bachelor degree, majoring in chemical engineering preferably； 本科或本科以上学历，化工专业优先； --Proven successful management experience of at least 5 years in operation management and/or multi-department management, preferably in production and safety; 至少5年工厂运行管理和多部门管理工作经验（有生产和安全管理经验优先），绩效良好； --Goal-driven and system-oriented; 以目标为导向的系统的工作方式； --High integrity. 良好的职业操守； --Strong leadership； 领导力强； --Good written and spoken English； 良好的英语交流能力； --Working knowledge of computer； 熟悉电脑的应用。
