• Lead and develop the management team of Shen Yang distribution center for undertaking and implementing the existing and newly developed business • Enhance performance through leading, motivating, coaching, training, leveraging, sharing information and job enrichment and make sure to meet and exceed the KPI’s target • Optimize business returns by exercising expenses control, enhancing effective savings and promoting new business contributions to achieve financial targets • Build relationship, establish trust and rapport and sustain effective communication with business partners • Ensure and facilitate the operation team to be flexible, agile and innovative to meet existing and potential customers’ requirements and needs to sustain the business success • Ensure alignment with corporate philosophy, objectives and strategy • Ensure corporate and statutory compliance of policies, procedures, practices, rules and regulations • Ensure safe, effective and efficient operation to achieve operational targets • Develop and lead initiatives that ensure all strategic and operating budgets, plans and objectives are achieved • Develop innovative initiatives to improve operational efficiency and create value for customers, company and employees • Lead, mentor, develop and build an effective team of functional managers • Develop and execute succession plans and personal development plans for managers • Lead operation team to seek innovation and implement projects for continuous process improvements • Ensure clear-defined job description for each position are in place in the DC organization • Expand service scope to existing clients • Study and prepare for the proposal of DC related capital expenditures projects and ensure the implementation after approval. • Monitor the product damage and loss level are kept within budget level • Monitor and approve the operating expenses within the authorized limit
• A bachelor degree in Logistics Management, Transport Management, Warehouse Management, Business Administration, International Trade or related disciplines, MBA preferred. • 10 years’ and above experience in operational management, of which 5 years in a senior managerial role. Key account management and staff/line function experience in a distribution or logistics environment highly desirable. • Experiences of 3PL business operations • Solid people management experiences • Experiences in cold chain logistics operations in food related industries • Good communication and presentation skills with senior executives and customers. • Think in concept as well as in context • Good at MS office applications and window • Creativity and pioneering characteristics. • Team player and management skills • Maturity and interpersonal skills, able to communicate with different level of colleagues
