Be permanently aware of all market needs and issues
Consolidate the demand of the markets
- Get all market forecast
- Identify all market events
- Control the accuracy of their forecast
Consolidate the demand plan
- Convert it into a procurement plan for internal and external customers
- Defined stock accordingly
Manage SOP meeting after having consolidated data
Ensure Hager CN export operation smooth & safe
- Ensure SCM MA process properly support operation;
- Continuously process optimization;
- New process design;
- Manage Hager China customs operation to ensure import & export flow
- Secure Hager China import & export process compliance to regulation & ensure safe process
Manage team performance of:
- Demand & Supply Management
- Overseas Customer Service
- Customs
Monitor below KPI:
- Customer satisfaction (OTD – OTIF)
- Stock level and depreciation stock value
- Forecast accuracy
职位要求
1. Communication: - Very good level English - Clear and synthetic - Customer oriented 2. Customer orientation: is able to think from customer seat and therefore is a good listener 3. Structured, reliable and accurate: is able to define and implement a process, to define the corresponding KPI and to measure the results 4. Understand a business model and is able to summarize it after having met customers (should at minimum be able to summarize previous jobs from business point of view and not only from process point of view)
