• Controlling, Finance and Accounting 控制，财务及会计 • Maintain the regular functions of plant, including optimal utilization of the cash/working capital, have accurate allocation of the cost, inventory management, authorize payments, tax, etc. 维护财务及控制的基本职能，包括现金，营运资金的最佳利用，准确的成本分配，库存管理，授权付款，税务事宜等 • Creation and maintenance of internal control procedures, policies to ensure the local operations & reporting functions are well performed in accordance with local regulatory requirements. 创建并维护内控流程及政策，确保工厂运营及报告能很好的依照内控要求执行 • Manage local accounting software/SAP system to meet both China statutory reporting and Group reporting requirements. 管理工厂的SAP系统，以满足中国法定报告和总部报告的要求 • Establish effective communication with Group and conduct clear operation planning Have direct supervision and monitor the planning against the actual spends. 与总部建立有效的沟通， 并且编制北京工厂的运营计划。监督并审核实际的计划执行情况 • Set up local financial & management information reports for use by the commercial requirement and Group 建立工厂的财务分析报告，以便于总部及审计的需求 • Others 其他 • Monitor & control the policies & procedures are well executed, conduct regular review & indentify the risks. 监控政策和程序的执行，定期检查并识别风险 • Assist GM to formulate the company development strategy, to achieve the targets, monitor and report for the behaviors which may affect the company's major economic activities 协助总经理制定公司发展战略，完成既定目标，监控可能会对公司造成影响的重大经济活动，并及时向总经理报告；
• University degree in Finance or Accounting 财务相关专业大学本科学历 • Intermediate accounting qualification certificate is a must. China CPA or other equivalent qualifications is preferred 具有中级会计师资格，有中国注册会计师资格者从优 • At least 10 years relevant accounting experience, strong China statutory reporting knowledge 10年以上相关工作经验，具有较强的中国财务报告知识 • Management role in manufacturing company experience preferred, familiar with cost accounting and has import/export knowledge. 具有制造业企业管理经验者优先，具有成本核算及进出口知识 • Familiar with both PRC GAAP and IFRS accounting rules. International company working experience is preferred 熟悉中国报告准则和国际财务报告准则。有国际公司工作经验者优先 • Has good knowledge of office software and ERP systems 熟悉办公软件和ERP系统 • With good English skills 英语能力良好
