- Integrates and works closely with various areas (e.g., HRBP, Group L&D and Leadership training, sales excellence) regarding manager/soft skill/sales development programs to ensure the Learning & Development Strategy meeting the business needs
- Oversees the quality of all classroom and 70/20/10 development activities, including learning needs assessment, curriculum development, course design/planning and logistics, content delivery, and related training materials
- Coordinate with Group L&D team to introduce global training program to China and ensure successful implementation in local with good customization
- Leverage overall learning resource and provide HRBP with tools or training programs to support them in dealing with people management and development in the region, e.g. Buddy and Mentor Program
- Identifies needs and reviews recommendations for utilizing outside resources. Sources vendors and oversees quality of products and services delivered. Ensures necessary budget allocations are available and approved
- Identify, engage and retain key talents of the organization and individual development plan is in place
- Develop business case for proposed learning inc design options to ensure cost conscious decision making (e.g. buy, build and/or optimized learning)
- Facilitate decision making regarding ‘global for local’ learning offerings and ‘local for local’ learning offerings
- Design blended learning solutions, establishing 70/20/10 learning interventions for learners
- Manage relationships with the approved vendors, provides tactical direction and advise on development and deployment
- Track all learning and development programs against relevant schedule, budget and learning objectives
- Develop leadership development framework and structure, maintain overall development tools and tracking system, i.e. Talent Management System for target employees
- Liaise with group talent development to localize PUG or other best practices in supporting talent development
- Liaise with Sales Excellence to leverage synergies in sales training programs. Develop sales training programs and training the sales team to ensure sales competency in required areas and solutions

职位要求

- 8+ years with L&D, sales training and talent development experience
- Experience in consulting with leaders and stakeholders, with a proven track record of establishing relationships and the ability to be a strategic partner (vs. just execution)
- Facilitation skills, with demonstrated self-confidence and an ability to adapt content and conversations to meet the needs of your audience
- Business acumen and marketing familiarity, sales experience preferred
- Experience designing and delivering learning programs to reflect knowledge in adult learning principles, both inside and outside of traditional classroom environments
- Fluent English and Mandarin
