- Technical supporting and handling claims and complaints from customers cooperating QC and sales for filtration & wallcover business in China - Proactively looking for more business opportunities and market intelligence for filtration & wallcover cooperating with business development and sales - Leading product development projects (including product design) for filtration & wallcover product collaborating with other sites - Launch and commercialize new filtration & wallcover products in China successfully - Interfacing with other functions of the business areas, including production, quality control, customer service and sales team getting aligned in annual goals - Supporting success to be market number one on filtration & wallcover business - Supporting and reporting to TCS Manager to build up the best product portfolio leading the market demand
- More than 3~5 years of working career of R&D, product development or technical service with filter, wallcover or non-woven industry. - Experiences at laboratory and product design experience preferrable - A bachelor or master degree in engineering (chemical / pulp & paper / polymer / mechanical etc.) - Technical & logical analysis on issues and good communication skill required - Good presentation skill - Good MS office (Excel) skill preferable - Very good interpersonal skills, proactively interacting with both internal and external parties, and being able to take on constructive conflicts. - Preferable to speaking & writing in English - Self-motivated person & willing to take business trip
