1. Further develops the alliance strategy with company Knowledge Partners, including legal frameworks and clear agreements on market communication. Ensures brand is the driver of the alliance and that the alliance is leveraged to increase sales and network
2. Works closely with Sales leaders to drive Front End Strategy: this includes research projects on key topics in Asia Pacific – the objective is to equip sales with knowledge that will be viewed as value add from a client or influencer and subsequently increase of sales
3. Drives Ideation’s integration within company’s larger organization.
4. Develops presentations, case studies, benchmarking and educational vehicles to share knowledge with appropriate audience. And actively communicating those, creating awareness and understanding within our organization for the added value of Ideation.
5. Engages with key organizations in the market (external consultants, professional organizations and academia) to share and enhance organizational knowledge and increase brand awareness
6. Captures global workplace, technology, business, and cultural trends and shares these with the appropriate audience across the organization to ensure company’s relevance within the market and long term growth.
7. Develops a model and define revenue sharing with Ideation contract partners and implement valid written agreements.
8. Participates and speaks at international conferences and forums relating to workplace design, planning, and research.
