职位介绍INTRODUCTION OF JOB

• -	Shall have over 10-year finance accounting experience in sizable multinational companies, at least 5-year working experience in manager positions; 
  -	Shall have solid understanding of financial statements, be able to identify issues and raise recommendation to management through analytic skill. Hands on experience in all accounting and control process such as purchase to pay, order to cash. Be able to direct his/her team to complete reconciliation, close books and issue various financial reports within deadline; have good understanding of treasury management, tax planning, foreign currency management and custom accounting, laws and regulations, etc. 
  -	Shall have business partnership experience and mind-set to provide professional support and services to different functional teams; 
  -	Team building up experience in terms of team training and development to improve the team proficiency and efficiency;
  -	Have worked for shared finance service centre and/or centre of excellence.
