职位介绍INTRODUCTION OF JOB

• -	Shall have over 10-year finance experience in sizable multinational companies, at least 5-year working experience in manager positions for commercial controlling; 
  -	Shall have solid report and analysis experience for forecast, budget, monthly closing, etc. be able to identify issues and raise recommendation to management through strong data analytic skill and business sense. 
  -	Shall have business partnership experience and mind-set to provide professional support and services to business leaders;
  -	Shall have project business controlling experience in terms of bidding quotation, price controlling and tracking, incentive and promotion, contract compliance and risk management, etc.
  -	Shall have online and offline retail business controlling experience for B2B and B2C for industrial products;
  -	Shall have strong credit control knowledge and experience in credit risk assessment, collection and problem solving skills on disputes;
  -	Be able to set up and improve all related commercial control policy/procedure/process such as price control policy, distributor management policy, commercial cost control policy, distributor management policy, incentive /promotion policy, etc.
