Design for electric machines:
To create 3D Models, assemblies and drawings of components of electric motor, modules or electric axles.
To conduct component calculations with simulation department
To develop manufacturing - and processing technologies for the components
To support quality topics (e.g. feasibility study, FMEA, continuous improvement process, definition of specific features
To release deviations and discuss with production, purchasing and quality assurance
Define component specifications and conduct SE process with suppliers.
Technical support to suppliers
Define modifications to parts and initialize change process of bills of material in our PDM system.
Support of purchasing department in supplier assessment and selection.
Participate when applicable in multidisciplinary project teams.
