A. Equipment Maintenance
Develop and optimize Preventive Maintenance (PM), Predictive Maintenance (PdM), and routine upkeep plans for production, QC, and engineering lab equipment, and supervise their execution.
Lead the troubleshooting and emergency repair of major equipment failures, conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and develop Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to minimize equipment downtime.
Manage the inventory of spare parts and specialized tools; optimize procurement plans to ensure safety stock for critical parts while controlling costs.
Work with production and process colleagues to generate the technical parameter requirements of the new equipment according to the all process and production process, then provide to sourcing to procure proper equipment and tools;
Equipment ledger and scrapping management.
B. Facility Operation & Maintenance
Oversee the daily inspection, repair, and maintenance of plant utilities (water, electricity, gas/steam), HVAC and environmental protection facilities to ensure stable infrastructure supply.
Manage the maintenance of plant buildings, fire protection systems, and security systems; coordinate with relevant departments to complete compliance inspections and rectifications.
C. Safety Implementation & Management
Responsible for safety system construction. Strictly enforce national and industry safety regulations; develop and implement Safe Operating Procedures (SOPs) for equipment maintenance; fully implement high-risk work permit systems such as Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), Confined Space Entry, and Hot Work.
Responsible for hazard identification & rectification. Regularly organize safety risk assessments (JSA/JHA) for equipment and facilities; establish a hazard ledger, track closed-loop rectifications, and firmly prevent equipment from operating with known defects.
Responsible for safety training & awareness. Responsible for safety education and training for the maintenance team; ensure all personnel hold valid certifications (e.g., special equipment operation, electrician certificates); conduct regular emergency drills to enhance safety awareness and emergency response capabilities.
Outsourced Maintenance & Vendor Management: Responsible for the end-to-end management of outsourced equipment and facility maintenance projects. This includes assessing and reviewing outsourcing needs, as well as evaluating and appraising qualified vendors. You will also oversee on-site safety and quality control, project acceptance, and expense settlement processes to ensure all outsourced services strictly meet company standards.
D. Outsourced Maintenance & Vendor Management
Responsible for the end-to-end management of outsourced equipment and facility maintenance projects. This includes assessing and reviewing outsourcing needs, evaluating and appraising qualified vendors，as well as overseeing on-site safety and quality control, project acceptance, and expense settlement processes to ensure all outsourced services strictly meet company standards.
E. Team Management & Continuous Improvement
Responsible for performance evaluation, skills matrix assessment, and talent pipeline development of the maintenance team, building a highly executable team with strong safety literacy.
Drive the digital and intelligent transformation of equipment management (e.g., implementing EAM/CMMS systems) and use data analysis to improve equipment reliability.
