- Independently oversee full-site EHS management system (ISO14001/ISO45001) establishment, implementation and continuous improvement. Align European global EHS standards with local Shandong regulatory requirements, ensure full legal compliance, and manage whole-process risks of special fiber production including chemical, dust, equipment, high-risk work, waste gas/water, hazardous waste and occupational hazards.
- Lead internal EHS audits and system internal audits; fully handle government inspections, third-party certification, customer audits and global European EHS audits. Drive CAPA implementation and cross-functional closure, submit bilingual audit reports to site GM and global EHS team.
- Serve as the **sole external EHS interface** with local bureaus (safety, environment, health, fire). Manage all permits, filings, monitoring, annual inspections and public complaints to avoid penalties.
- In charge of site patrols, hazard closed-loop management, work permit control, environmental emission & waste compliance, occupational health monitoring, contractor EHS management, and EHS budget & facility operation.
- Establish emergency plans and organize drills; lead incident response, root cause analysis, bilingual reporting and corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Develop EHS training system and safety culture activities to achieve zero-harm site targets.
- Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual bilingual EHS KPI reports, deliver dual-reporting to Plant GM and Global EHS Head, and implement global EHS projects locally.
