- Provides secretarial and administrative support to VP, APAC APS and Commercial team in a professional and efficient manner.
- Provides day-to-day secretarial and administrative support to VP, APAC APS and Commercial team including prepares presentation materials, schedules meeting such as Monthly APS LT Meeting, manages travel arrangements and submits expenses reports etc.
- Coordinates and provides logistics support for business / customers conferences; supports and organizes team and Company events when required.
- Well connected with various support functions and business group, able to channel customer / external requests to the right internal party for action.
- Manages the contract filing system including coordinates the documents approval, electronic signature and electronic and physical filing of contract documents.
