Lead a variety of HR programs & activities to the designated business units at the Campus • Manage overall daily HR services in the plants • Provide advice/assistance to operations head in implementing HR policies and procedures; • Recruit candidates to fill in job vacancies timely in response to the business requirement; • Prepare & publish on-board announcement of new staff, and make sure all new staff receive an effective orientation; • Work closely with operation head in identifying employees training needs, developing training program particularly to those key staff; talent retention; • Support regular HR activities such as performance appraisal, merit increase; • Work with hiring managers to develop orientation program for new staff and supervising the progress accordingly; • Handle Employee Relations in compliance with labor law and Company regulations;
