1. Lead and manage all HR functions of all US offices, aligning with business objectives and supporting organizational growth
2. Be experienced and responsible of US talents acquisition, including sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation
3. Establish and optimize HR policies and processes in compliance with U.S. federal and California labor laws (e.g., employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits)
4. Act as the primary point of contact for employee relations, handling communications, conflict resolution, and compliance matters
5. Ensure all HR practices are compliant with applicable federal and state regulations
6. Partner closely with HQ HR teams to drive company culture and ensure alignment across regions
7. Support leadership in organizational development, workforce planning, and team building
8. Manage and coordinate with external vendors (e.g., HR service providers, legal counsel, payroll and benefits providers)
