此职位将全面负责制定工厂自动化重点行业的业务战略及系统解决方案、协助销售团队开发行业的业务机会、对目标客户进行技术方案推广并且获得业务增长。 This position will be fully responsible for developing business strategies and system solutions for key focused industries in factory automation, support the sales team in excavating potential business opportunities, promoting technical solutions to target customers (KA/EU/OEM), and achieve sustainable business growth. 1. 在目标工厂自动化垂直行业（锂电池、新能源汽车、食品及饮料等）管理业务发展活动，协调销售战略，以实现业务机会的增长。 Manage business development activities, align sales strategies and grow business opportunities for the target FA vertical industries Li-Battery, NEV, Food&Beverage etc. 2. 确保垂直行业信息透明度在市场潜力、技术发展趋势、生态系统（重点终端用户、OEM设备制造商、工程总包商、系统集成商、设计院等）、重点竞争对手分析等维度的呈现。 Ensure vertical transparency on market potential, technical trends, eco-systems (key EU, OEM, EPC/SI, design institute, etc.), key competitors, etc. 3. 通过系统化的方法制订长期战略规划及分析。 Perform long range strategic planning and analysis with systematic approach. 4. 准备行业白皮书作为推广材料并提升内部团队的能力。 Prepare “Industry Whitepaper” as promotion materials and ramp-up internal team competence. 5. 发起基于行业需求的产品组合反馈给到事业部进行产品组合管理。 Initiate portfolio feedback to divisions as Product Portfolio Management on vertical requirements.
