- Under the company policy, to develop GKA business and support other stakeholders to further enhance the partnership with GKAs. - Find opportunity and follow up the opportunity, be a business hunter in GKAs and other KAs. - Support superior and related LKAMs in business operations like quotation handling, delivery push, quality topics, etc. - As part of GKA team, abide by the transparent team culture to share the - Checking for possible usage of standard products, optimization of cross-selling and sales of new products. Gathering customer problems/requests. Provide proposals for new products and solutions and supporting information for business case development - Be able to handle OEM business by close cooperation with internal resources. - Securing listings and design-in at customers - Collect and refresh customer projects list to find new business opportunities sustainably. - Hold customer campaigns like workshop, salon and other promotions. - Special assigned tasks on demand
- Bachelor degree - More than 10 years sales experience in manufacturing industry or related. - Fluent English skill both in speaking and writing. - Behavioral Characteristics: - Presentable, communicative, cultivated appearance and behavior; - Follow-up, coordination, tracking, and planning skills, analytical thinking Analysis and interpretation, self-development, strategic approach; - Customer focus, persuasion skills, teamwork-oriented, highly self-motivated; - Strong relationship building skills, high level of empathy; - Transparent teamwork, follow company culture. - Technical Knowledge - Product/application knowledge level is a plus. - Ability to follow the market technological developments and to identify potential business opportunities. - Ability to work in self-motivation and under certain pressure.
