Main Responsibilities:
- Establish regular contact with customer and seek for new opportunities with related customers.
- Manage negotiations with customer for new project acquisition, engineering change, annual pricing, claims and other commercial related topics.
- Organize technical and project communication with customer as key interface of the company, clarify customer technical and commercial requirements.
- Work closely with global sales team to ensure commercial strategy well aligned.
- Conduct information collecting, analyzing and sharing including volume forecast, market trends, product demand, model roadmap, competition etc.
- Build up close relationship and trust with customer, to meet or exceed customer expectation for best satisfaction.
- Make sales plan and sales strategy on dedicated customer.
- Manage AR to optimize cashflow of the company.
- Properly Manage invoice unbilled rate to optimize cashflow of the company.
- Keep seeking new opportunities to grow up business in all interacts with customers.
