职位介绍INTRODUCTION OF JOB

• 1.	负责工艺过程.Responsible for the process.
  2.	对新设备/近期进行投产阶段的确认, 并做好与AME的交接.Perform qualification of new equipment/machine in the launch phase, and well handover from AME.
  3.	主导产线在工厂的安装和调试, 并在投产阶段支持样件制作.Lead line installation and debug in plant, and support sample build during launch phase.
  4.	全面参与解决与产品,工艺和设备相关的问题.Fully involve in problem solving related to product, process, and equipment from machine qualification.
  5.	全面支持生产线进行工艺和产品问题分析.Fully support production line to do the process and product issue analysis.
  6.	持续改进生产工艺以缩短生产周期和提高生产效率.Continuously improve manufacturing processes to reduce cycle time and improve productivity.
  7.	研究和改进工艺流程, 确保人力, 机器和设备的合理利用.Study and improve of process flow to ensure utilization of manpower, machine and equipment as optimized.
  8.	参与新生产线设计评审, 并与AME一起提高生产线利用率.Involve into new line design review, and work with AME to improve line utilization.
  9.	确保所有工艺文件的及时编制, 例如PFMEA, PFC和其他生产线文件.Ensure all process documentation prepared in time, example PFMEA, PFC and other line  documents.
  10.	工艺标准化.Process standardization.
  11.	设备自动化.Equipment automation.
  12. 产线数字化.Shop floor digitalization.
  13.  BOM及时更新.BOM update in time.
  14.  遵守公司HSE政策，及时报告HSE事件.Follow company HSE rules and report unsafe hazards 
          orissues to HSE in time. 
  15.  领导分配的其他任务Other tasks by upper-level leaders.

职位要求JOB REQUIREMENTS

• 1.	对所负责区域的产品和工艺有专业水平的知识.Have the professional level of knowledge about product  and process related.
  2.	有专业的工程知识水平, 特别是在机械和机械制造方面,如 MSA/PFMEA等Have the professional engineering level of knowledge especially in mechanics and machine building, such as MSA/PFMEA related.
  3.	较强的解决问题和决策能力.Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  4.	良好的质量意识.Good understanding and implementation of Quality awareness.
  5.	良好的沟通能力.Good communication.
  6.	熟练使用计算机, 特别是MS Office办公软件和AUTOCAD.Have good computer skills especially MS Office package, and AUTOCAD as well.
  7.    10年以上汽车安全带制造工作经验More than 10 years working experience in
  Automotive seat belt manufacturing
  8.   在织带编织和染色方面有丰富的知识knowledge both in weaving and dyeing
