职位介绍INTRODUCTION OF JOB

•  Develop sourcing organization and build up strategy procurement system. Aligning with the
  overall business objectives and cost saving targets.
   Develop a qualified supplier base; supervise suppli er performance & continuously
  improvement. Build and maintain strong, long term agreement with key suppliers.
   Evaluate organization performance & benchmark the organization development.
   Lead and manage sourcing teams at each of the locations, providing gui dance, training, and
  performance tracking

职位要求JOB REQUIREMENTS

•  Bachelor’s in engineering or mechanical engineering, MBA is preferred.
   5-10 years’ experience in a procurement organization.
   3-5 years experience in managerial position.
   Excellent written and sp oken English is a must
   Solid negotiation skills and effective communication skills internally and externally
   High standard of ethics and honesty
   Must be willing to travel frequently.
