• This role will play a pivotal role in driving the full stack architecture and solution of cloud and datacenter by leveraging your expertise in system architecture, Software Define Data Center, PCIe/CXL technologies, virtual machine, and hardware-software co-design and solution.
  - A creative customer facing Technical Marketing to help facilitate Montage’s development of datacenter memory intensive application and interconnectivity solutions
  - Pushing the boundaries of system, interconnect, software, and technology stack architectures
  - Pitching cutting-edge technology solutions to clients, industry partners and ecosystem
  - Engaging with customers, influence product features and roadmap, and help drive innovation to better solve our customers’ bottlenecks in cloud and datacenters
  You should expect to work both independently and effectively with planning/marketing/multi-location, multi-time zone and interdisciplinary organizations to define the subsystem/system MRD (marketing requirement document) and offer a holistic and winning product strategy to customers. This role will require some travel.

• Basic qualifications
  - Bachelor’s Degree (BS) in EE, CE, CS
  - > 7 years of industry experience including at least five years focused on Ethernet, PCIe, CXL switch system
  - ≥5 years of experience managing partnership and ecosystem development
  - Comfort working with software/firmware associated with semiconductor products, such as; firmware development with C-language, scripting with Python or other equivalent programming languages
  - Understanding of datacenter systems like servers, JBOGs/JBOFs/JBOMs, networking switches/routers/interconnects etc.
  - Experience working in a customer-facing role with the ability to articulate technical concepts, technology stack, influence decision-making, and build business cases
  - Ability to dig deeply into technical challenges and use cases
  - Good understanding in PCIe, CXL, Ethernet protocols with a proven track record of designing high-performance interconnect solutions
  - Good understanding of Linux, Redhat Enterprise Linux and server virtualization
  - Good understanding of rack-scale server design principles and architectures
  - Good understanding of datacenter system architecture and design challenges
  - Good understanding of technology stack solutions from silicon to system application integration
  - Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal/external partners and stakeholders
  - Good English writing and reading skills
  - Team work spirit, self-motivated, less-supervision
  - Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a track record of driving technical initiatives and delivering results in a fast-paced environment
  - Entrepreneurial, open-minded behavior and can-do attitude, think and act with the customer in mind
  - Willingness to travel for customer/partner meetings and industry events
  
  Preferred experience
  - Master’s Degree (MS) in EE, CE, CS preferred
  - RHCE, RHCCD or RHCA
  - Good understanding of DLRM or IMDB system architecture and design challenges
  - Good understanding of SaaS, PaaS and IaaS• Strong understanding in PCIe, CXL, Ethernet protocols with a proven track record of designing high-performance interconnect solutions
  - Strong understanding in rack-scale server design and virtualization
  - Experience in product integration with BIOS, OS kernel, and BMCs
  - Experience with benchmarking and performance optimization
  - Lead customer-facing design-in activities to ensure streamline design, test and validation of high-performance platforms
  - Collaborated with customers to address design challenges. Provide hands-on support for customer issue resolution, performing on-site debugging and troubleshooting to resolve signal integrity issues and improve system stability
