Job Purpose:
Responsible for driving sales, maintaining customer relationships and supporting Company’s sales strategy at OEMs, Channel Partners and End Users in Food & Beverage and Intralogistics industries/applications. To develop a regional penetration plan by identifying, assessing, prioritizing, developing and maintaining/growing key and target accounts. The position requires facilitating communication between internal and external customers including but not limited to regional sales, marketing, and operating functions. Identifying the key customer service and product needs and bringing those back into the organization is critical. Requires excellent product knowledge of key products and industry terminology.
Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities
Develop a penetration plan for maintaining/growing key and target accounts in Food & Beverage and Intralogistics industry to support sales strategy.
Manage and lead F&B/Intralogistics sales team to achieve sales target by specific sales plan and follow-up, and timely feedback and coaching.
Coordinate the implementation for all aspects of closing or sustaining industry key and target accounts for the F&B and Intralogistics Industry. This includes ensuring customer service, engineering, and operational needs are in place to meet customer and market demands.
Support the execution of new product programs necessary to meet industry and customer needs on a global basis. Help to create such programs as a member of the F&B/Intralogistics team.
Acquire and develop an understanding of, and becomes familiar with, assigned industries and how we can maximize current product portfolio to service / grow.
Continually document competitive conditions / activities, industry trends, economic environment, and any information pertinent to the industry initiative.
Promote sales through customer contact to include:
Regional Sales Calls
Product / Industry Training Sessions (OEM, End Users, Channel Partners)
Customer Plant visits
Document any need for product modification, new product suggestions, and recommends enhancement in existing products to meet customer requirements.
