- Develop and implement a regional vision, strategy, short and long term plans that drives product group growth, profit and cash flow in Asia pacific.
- Take full P&L responsibility; Ensure appropriate controls are in place for a robust financial performance and strong business operating results.
- Drive the aggressive business growth and achieve short and mid term goals
- Cultivate positive relationship and define synergized growth strategy;
- Collaborate closely with cross functional business leaders regionally and globally to ensure consistent and efficient use of resources for the benefit of the company's Asia strategy;
- Develop and lead business development initiatives align with corporate strategy,
- Develop and execute business strategies to grow Electronics and ADAS business in the Asia Pacific region.
- Drive revenue growth and profitability for the division through effective management of the P&L.
- Build and maintain relationships with both domestic and international OEMs in the region.
- Develop and lead a high-performance team to achieve business objectives, including team talent development.
- Oversee the development and delivery of high-quality Electronics control units and ADAS systems for our customers, with new product development with the engineering team.
- Identify and evaluate new technological developments and gauge appropriateness for the business
- Ensure the division complies with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats to the business.
- Communicate with the global leadership team to ensure alignment of the division's goals with the overall company strategy
