职位介绍INTRODUCTION OF JOB

• 	Drive OPV performance and transparency within business units to achieve tangible results while building bench strength.
  	Provide and continuously improve lean management methods and tools.
  	Implement Next Gen Mobility Strategy in line with Production 2025 regarding “One ZF Production System”
  	Lead of Asia Production System Committee.
  	Integration of Industry 4.0 objectives into ZF Production system and deliver successful examples in the region.
  	Lead Advanced Problem Solving team as it relates to Production.
  	Lead Performance Analytics activities for Asia Production
  	Develop Flexible resource (crisis support group) to provide crisis operations support.

职位要求JOB REQUIREMENTS

• 	5 years experience in Ops Leadership Plant Manager
  	Alternative would be 10 years experience in Division or Corporate lean leadership with objective evidence of lean transformation
  	Multi-location and/or multi-division experience preferred
  	MBB certificate preferred
  	Experience in building up SMART Factory
