• Drive the sales team to meet sales (revenue and pax numbers) target for assigned region • Ensure the sales team implements effective measures in line with the strategic direction and to ensure achieving a minimum or targeted market share level within all accounts. Ensure that High Growth Accounts are identified and robust growth plans in place. • Work together with trade partners to source business opportunities and develop proactive and effective sales campaigns, ensuring that our co-op funds are invested in areas that give us the greatest return on investment. • Manage the sales budget in particular co-op budget (business development funds) and in ensuring accurate monthly and quarterly forecasting of all costs. • Monitor to increase market awareness of assigned products among the entertainment industry, corporate & associations and direct market in the sales region. • Ensure Business Partner agreements in place and annual commercial terms signed with all accounts. • Sail with incentive groups and/or familiarization groups when required. • Prepare weekly sales plan and weekly sales activity report to management. • Deliver sales target & KPIs and lead sales BD profit.
• University graduated with a degree on Business Management or relevant discipline. • Minimum 10 years of sales experience with promoting premium brand product is preferable. • Aggressive, self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure. • A strong ability of services, team leader management, and professional sales skill in sales management is essential • Good interpersonal and communication skill • Good command of written & spoken English and Mandarin. • PC knowledge in Windows and MS office
