Key Duties / Responsibilities
1. Set up legal management system:
o Draft, review relative legal documents of the company;
o Deal with legal formalities of the company, e.g. registration and annual reporting.
o Set up, improve and execute legal related procedures, e.g. procedure on contract management and formal seal application.
2.Contract management:
o Review all contracts except employment contracts.
o Provide advice during the execution of contract in the event of changes and disputes
3. Settlement of disputes:
o Participate in litigation and arbitration to protect the company’s legitimate rights and benefits through legal procedures.
o Be involved in the coordination and settlement of some disputes, e.g. customer complaint, and provide suggestions from legal perspective.
4. Management of IPRS:
o Coordinate with Group legal dept. to provide suggestions and recommendations on the registration and protection of the company’s IPRS, e.g. trademarks, patents and domain names.
5. Products quality testing and supplier compliance management:
o Centralize the management of products quality testing.
o Creation and maintenance of production suppliers in M3 and SAP
