1. Guarantees a constant support to the Plant General Manager in the management of the economic-financial aspects of the Plant ordinary activity 2. Key leader in plant cost optimization. Explore cost optimization opportunity and materialize into daily operation to support company cost competitiveness 3. Set up cost and CAPEX annual target and rolling forecast; lead periodic review and deviation analysis; perform costing closing on monthly basis 4. Lead costing and CAPEX process in plant project to support a smooth production SOP 5. Ensures the support to the Plant Manager for investments, project/product plans, make or buy choices 6. Guarantees the warehouse development, slow moving analysis implementation and verifies the application of correct inventory procedures 7. Ensures the implementation of a monitoring and reporting system coherently with methodologies, procedures and guidelines fixed by the Country Controller 8. Act as local key user in SAP costing module and participate all SAP implementation projects in plant 9. Ensure proper internal control process in place in the plant daily operation, and as a local compliance officer to strengthen compliance culture in the plant
